The most important thing in an organisation that will either get you your results or will fail to get your results are your business processes. They are delicate elements that can be understood or misunderstood, followed or simply not being followed. No matter what you do they tend to have a life of their own even though you made sure you put all processes in writing and instructed everyone.
To figure out what the best process is or to discover why processes are not delivering what they were set out to do we focus in our workshop on :

- who is working with the processes

- where might there be a solution to improve your process using input from the people who are working them on a daily basis
